Tim is a renowned expert in the field of photogrammetry, having published more than 60 academic papers and reports for the technical press and other media. In 1999, Tim appeared on the BBC’s Tomorrow’s World programme. Between 1995 and 2000, he won seven awards, including the prestigious Photogrammetric Record Presidents Prize. Prior to setting up OMS, Tim was sole trader of Optical Metrology Centre (OMC), a spin out business from City University, London, which offered products and consultancy in two main areas: 3D measurement using Photogrammetric techniques and pipe measurement using proprietary profiling tools. OMC functioned as a product development and consultancy vehicle, carrying out projects for a wide range of blue chip clients, including Leica, British Aerospace, Rolls Royce, Thames Water, Kodak and British Nuclear Fuels. Tim enjoys yachting, running, mountain biking, tennis and playing the piano. |

Denise has more than 15 years’ commercial experience working for a wide range of blue chip organisations. With a proven track record in developing and improving business revenue streams and profit, Denise has already made her mark at OMS since joining the company back in 2006. From 1997 to 2003, Denise worked for Camelot Group, the operator of the UK National Lottery, where she was responsible for managing compliance strategy and special projects, including the setting up of the lottery in South Africa. Denise has been actively involved in the execution of a large number of deep water projects which required improvement of dimensional tolerances, fit-up solutions in the firing line and delivery of specific pipeline architectures to ensure best fit-up with difficult pipes including (Shell) BC10, (BP) Galapagos, (BP) Block 18 and 31, (Petrobras) P56 and P55, (Chevron) Gorgon. Denise holds an MA in Business Administration & Management. |

Richard has led the execution of the major projects for OMS clients, translating client requirements into the delivered work package, taking control of procedures, equipment, site operations, and providing the expertise and analysis that transforms survey results into an actionable strategy for the client. This allows the client to optimize production processes, reduce risk and enhance quality. Projects include Shell BC10 (Brazil), BP Thunderhorse (GOM), Petrobras Cascade & Chinook (GOM), BP Block 31, 18 & 17 (Angola), Shell Gumusut-Kapak (Malaysia), BP Galapagos (GOM), Petrobras P55 and P56 (Brazil), Chevron Gorgon (Japan & Australia).
Richard is a Chartered Engineer. He holds a Masters Degree in Electronic Systems Engineering and a PhD in Engineering Mathematics/Artificial Intelligence. He has pioneered several award-winning products and has an extensive list of patents and publications to his name. |

As Head of Client Relationships for OMS, Hugh has worked extensively throughout the world with major operators, installation contractors and fabricators on critically important projects. These projects must achieve fit up to <1mm, SCR and Fatigue Sensitive matching of pipes to <0.5mm as well as helping determine counter-boring parameters whilst removing minimal wall thickness. More recently he has worked on projects involving qualifying internal welds where any lack of penetration is unacceptable. Projects have included Shell “Amber-Jack” (GOM); Chevron “Blind Faith” (GOM); Shell “BC10” (Brazil); Shell “Gumusut-Kakap” (Malaysia); BP “Block 31 & 18” (Angola); BP “Galapagos” (GOM); Petrobras “P55 & P56” (Brazil); Chevron “Gorgon” (Japan & Australia). |
