George Popa joins OMS software team

OMS is delighted to welcome George Popa as our new Embedded Software Engineer. Reporting to Software Manager, Ian Frankham-Wells, George will be working on the embedded software aspects of our laser measurement tools and robotic crawlers. George has extensive experience in engineering and software development, working for companies such as Fireblitz Ltd, Sky plc and Black Pearl  Securities Ltd. He spent several years working as a product developer for GuangMai Technology Co in China and has developed wide ranging skills in programming (various languages), project management, customer relationships and networking.

Ian Frankham-Wells, OMS Software Manager, said, ‘We’re very pleased to welcome George to the OMS software team as our new embedded software expert. His skills will be extremely valuable in continuing to ensure our tools and crawlers operate at the very highest level.’
