Offshore wind farm - grinding

OMS has successfully completed inspection and remediation work for one of Europe’s largest offshore wind farms. We were contracted to inspect welds within large J-tubes, reaching more than 70m height, with our award-winning crawler-based system. Having successfully inspected multiple welds we deployed our new SmartGrind service to remedy defects, leaving smooth internal surfaces to aid smooth cable progression.
