OMS team grows in 2024

OMS is pleased to announce that three new members of staff have joined our growing team. Experienced OMS engineer, Stoyko Boussarov, rejoins in a new role as QA/QC Technical Equipment Manager, Stefan Menicou joins as Junior Data Analyst and Ani Atanasova joins as Junior Prototype Wireperson.

We are very happy to welcome Stoyko back to the team after a period working elsewhere. Having previously worked as Equipment Manager in the operations department, Stoyko joins our R&D team as QA/QC Technical Equipment Manager.

Peter Watson, OMS Projects Delivery Manager, said, ‘Stoyko’s outstanding experience in delivering technical solutions and projects for OMS makes him the ideal person for this role. His expertise with our systems and professional approach will help us support our customers and projects to the fullest extent.’

Stefan is a skilled mathematician who joins the operations team having completed a maths degree at Bristol University and a data analysis training programme at Masterschool. Reporting to OMS Data Analysis Manager Alice Kirrane, Stefan will be analysing data collected by our suite of tools and services and providing reports that help our clients improve their efficiency, save costs and install high quality assets.

Alice said, ‘We’re delighted to welcome Stefan to the team. His skills in data analysis, programming and maths will be invaluable as we seek to provide our clients with the data and reports they need to run their operations as smoothly and effectively as possible.’

Ani is another addition to the R&D team, where she joins our hugely experienced assembly team as Junior Prototype Wireperson, reporting to electromechanical engineer Andrew Gillham. Ani has a degree in electronic and computer systems engineering from London South Bank University, from where she graduated in 2023. With practical experience in digital systems design, control systems, microprocessor systems and software engineering, Ani has also worked on several collaborative engineering projects.

Andrew said, ‘As OMS is growing, we need to deliver more and more projects. Our team needed another person to ensure we can continue to deliver at the high standards our clients expect. Ani’s engineering knowledge and practical skills impressed us at interview and we’re confident she will make an excellent addition to the team.’

Alex Felce, OMS CEO, said, ‘OMS has got 2024 off to a great start by investing in our team. We issue a warm welcome to our new members of staff, Stoyko, Stefan and Ani, and wish them every success in their new roles.’
