OMS opens new Middle East office: Marcus Smiles promoted to Regional Head

OMS is pleased to announce that we are opening an office in the UAE, with plans to open further regional hubs later in 2026. We are very excited to be taking this first step in our strategic expansion in the Middle East region. As a hugely experienced OMS team member who is well known to all our clients in the area, Marcus Smiles, formerly Global Manager, has been promoted to Regional Head. He will run the new office, which is based in Dubai and will operate throughout the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Working closely with clients, and with esteemed friends such as CRTS Global and IECO, the aim of the Dubai office and expansion, is to service projects rapidly and efficiently.

It underlines our commitment to the Middle East region and demonstrates the importance we place against supporting key projects and critical services in the area. Our valued Middle Eastern clients and partners will now have a dedicated in-region representative to help resolve any issues and increase collaboration, as well as more locally based operators and easier access to OMS equipment.’
